dear friends i am here with software called "tally erp9". this is the best software for accounting students who are doing b.com or any line of commerce. most of the companies happy with the performance of tally. this is a paid software which should be purchase for vouchers enteries. but in this post i am giving you the tally erp 9 with crack. if you are using the trial version of the tally, you can do vouchers on 1 and  2 april only. i give am gonne give you crack for the full version.

2 you will find three files , tally set up, tally erp9 exe, and txt file.
3 open using win rar or zip and install tally
4 after installtion copy the tally erp 9 file in which you have download.
5 paste it in dictionery where tally installed normally it will be in c:/tallyerp9
6 it will asking for overwriting the file.just overwrite it
7 open tally it will ask for licence user name and password, enter any thing,it will display any message
8 now exit from tally there must a file called tally_req.lic
9 rename the file from "tally_req.lic" to "tally.lic".
10 now start tally and you will licence will be registred to name which you have entered.
this is a highly commend software dont miss it.
